Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant - Miami FL
We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Learning & Development team and help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.
What You'll Do
• Deliver onboarding and training sessions
• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance
• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching
• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression • Develop training materials and recruitment best practices
What We're Looking For
• Recruitment or staffing experience
• Success in a sales-driven recruitment environment
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• A genuine interest in developing others
• Interest in building a career in Learning & Development
Previous training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
