Technical Program ManagerThe Technical Program Manager for the Core Nationalism team provides overall project management leadership by acting as the nationalism Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O&T, ensuring consistency across the organization, executing upon the nationalism strategy and providing overall project management leadership to ensure the health- budget, schedule, and risk mitigation of all projects within a line of business.This key position enables the team to successfully engage throughout the software build and deploy process and navigate roadblocks with focus on the following phases:Business RequirementsFunctional Requirements and UAT SupportLead in Status Meetings and Post-Implementation ReviewsRoleFluency in Spanish preferred but not mandatoryManage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirementsDevelops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraintsAll About YouAdvanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques.Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.Above average organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.Effective communication methodology with senior managementKnowledge of payments industry preferred, Client specific knowledge highly preferred.Intermediate experience with Project Management structured methodology and project planning tools.
