Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

Contract - 6 months

Remote

Pay: $55-70/hr.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly supporting Software Engineering and other technical roles.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates for niche or senior-level technical positions.
  • Experience recruiting within software, SaaS, cloud, or similar technology environments.

Preferred:

  • Corporate/in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting Product Management, Engineering, and Global Security recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, and applicant tracking systems.

Job Description:
