Requirements
Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline plus at least 9 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree plus at least 7 years of relevant experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of directly related experience.
- We expect experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
- We require experience in an aerospace or space design environment.
- You must be able to obtain a U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include a CSEP or similar certification.
- Preferred qualifications also include experience with SysML.
- Prior experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- We support concept of operations development and requirements analysis, decomposition, and definition across system levels.
- We develop and apply MBSE methods and frameworks to support engineering efforts.
- We perform system modeling and simulation to assess performance and verify requirements.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate MBSE practices.
- We provide technical leadership and guidance in applying MBSE across the organization.
- We train and mentor engineering staff on MBSE tools and best practices.
