Lead Superintendent | Fort Lauderdale, FL
I'm partnering with a well-established South Florida general contractor that has built a reputation delivering complex educational, municipal, and community-focused projects throughout the region.
Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new ground-up high school campus in Fort Lauderdale.
The Opportunity This is a chance to take ownership of a large-scale public-sector project that will have a lasting impact on the local community. You'll lead the site team from mobilization through turnover, managing all field operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Responsibilities
? Lead all on-site construction activities
? Manage subcontractor coordination and scheduling
? Drive project safety, quality, and productivity
? Conduct owner, architect, and consultant meetings
? Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff
? Ensure milestones and turnover dates are achieved
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience
- Ground-up experience on education, municipal, healthcare, or large commercial projects
- Proven success delivering projects from sitework through completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing projects valued between $30M and $100M+
