Lead Shingle Roofer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Shingle Roofer to oversee and actively work on residential and commercial roofing projects in the Portland area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable leading a crew on the roof while performing high-quality shingle installation. The Lead Shingle Roofer will be responsible for maintaining jobsite safety, productivity, and craftsmanship standards.
- Extensive experience with shingle roofing installations and repairs.
- Proven ability to lead and direct a roofing crew on active job sites.
- Strong knowledge of proper shingling techniques, materials, and layout.
- Ability to work safely and confidently at heights.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
Competitive pay ranging from $41–$51/hr, based on experience.
