Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology.
- Provide hands-on lead role and Project Management.
- Handle work independently by collaborating closely with the HR Business team.
- Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
- Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Create configuration documentation throughout the development process.
- Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new requirements.
