Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the educational experience.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool/Pre-K or early childhood setting.
• Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for working with young children and their families.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
