PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Midland, TX. You’ll continue originating while building a productive team, with dedicated support for processing, underwriting and closing so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching.
You will lead the branch culture and P&L, recruit and mentor loan officers, and leverage a broad product set including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and more through a direct seller/servicer network.
