Lead - Instructional Design
Team player, self motivated and driven to work collaboratively across organizations. Experience mentoring/assisting junior team developers on team. Maintain a focus on quality, attention to detail, communication and delivery to tight timescales. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Driven individual with strong analytical, design and architecture skills. Strong UI development skills with good UX experience. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience. 4 years of overall development experience. Strong background in overall software development experience. Experience developing with React/CSS/HTML/Javascript required; Redux is a plus. Experience implementing Adobe AEM (62 and later required; AEM 65 is a plus). Strong background in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Sensei, Adobe Launch and/or Magento. Experience in developing web APIs using NodeJS/Java/Ruby or Typescript. Experience building, documenting, and supporting robust RESTful APIs. Good knowledge of core Java and middle tier systems.
