Job Duties
- Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
- Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on‑site payment collection
- Execute clean, code‑compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom‑quality results
