Overview
The Lead Indirect Procurement Analyst—Facilities (remote) will lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships to optimize real estate, facilities, and security spend, driving cost efficiency and service excellence. You will collaborate with functional leaders and manage sourcing for construction, facilities management, real estate, occupancy planning, security, food services, janitorial, landscaping, elevator maintenance, HVAC, pest control, bill pay, furniture, special projects, and more. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required.
Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Perform spend analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on market trends to inform sourcing and supplier strategies.
- Lead RFx Processes: Manage go-to-market activities, including RFPs and RFQs, to identify optimal suppliers.
- Negotiate Contracts: Develop and execute negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Implement and Improve: Oversee implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Supplier Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance performance and collaboration.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement best-in-class strategies for suppliers and commodities.
- Ensure Cost Efficiency: Establish and monitor cost standards to support annual operating budgets and financial objectives.
What you need
Required:- Bachelor's Degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering, or related field
- 4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in supply management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development, preferably within a Fortune 500 procurement organization or equivalent
- Experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts, including supply and service agreements
- Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Project management skills with experience leading and executing complex initiatives
Preferred
- Subject matter expert level experience in multiple direct or indirect procurement categories
- Strong understanding of procurement/strategic commodity management
Compensation and Benefits
- $77,700 - 168,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
