Era Living is seeking a part-time Lead Server to become the newest members of our Dining Services team located in our Aljoya Thornton Place Community, Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Sunday and Monday, 12:00PM to 8:30PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Lead Server supports the Dining Services Manager with supervising shifts, participating in interviews, and training new staff. The position ensures that all guests in our upscale full service restaurant are treated to a world class dining experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess basic knowledge and ability to perform food server functions in a health care setting
- Ensure and oversee that dining room is ready for service at evening meal
- Use good interpersonal skills when interacting with Residents, family members, visitors and co-workers
- Read, write and communicate in English, required
- Pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
- First Aid and CPR certified or able to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Washington State Alcohol Permit or able to obtain within 30 days of hire (if applicable)
