Lead Controls EngineerAs a Lead Controls Engineer, you will be crucial to ALC's business through the designing of advanced building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills. You will work on solving complex problems and lead smaller projects with less experienced engineers to help develop their skills.Key Responsibilities:Design and program increasingly advanced building automation systems, site-specific configuration of control system, and control algorithms.Adhere to project requirements and company and customer standards of design, programming, and implementation.Create a clear design document for project teams with technical information.Document and communicate the building automation system design and revisions.Develop graphical and text-based interfaces for building automation systems.Test programming and interfaces prior to implantation.Provide technical support to sales representatives to ensure customers' needs are met.Identify and communicate project opportunities and risks.Support of functional testing for complex building systems.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of building automation/ HVAC experience OR Associate Degree with 6+ years of building automation/ HVAC experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of building automation/ HVAC experience.Ability to travel and work onsite at a Hubbard, TX client location 50% of the time.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
