Summary
The Commercial Programs Lead is a project‑oriented leader responsible for converting strategy into execution, building and maintaining the portfolio of commercial initiatives, driving cross‑functional execution, and delivering measurable lift in commercial metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake, prioritization, and roadmap of commercial initiatives and establish intake and triage processes.
- Lead the weekly and quarterly operating cadence across partner teams, publishing concise executive‑ready updates.
- Drive cross‑functional execution, aligning timelines, handoffs, and cutover plans while escalating decision asks.
- Build portfolio‑level visibility to understand capacity, resource constraints, and benefit realization.
- Establish lightweight SOPs and playbooks for common initiative types and lead retrospectives to turn findings into process changes.
- Partner with data and finance to define measurement plans, targets, and readouts for each initiative and ensure accurate attribution.
- Coordinate readiness and enablement with Contact Center, Trade/Agency, Field, and Onboard teams, building enablement materials that connect launch to adoption.
- Serve as Asana owner for Commercial workflows, templates, and reporting hygiene, championing best practices for planning and execution.
- Apply AI responsibly to summarize meetings, draft briefs, generate SOPs, and surface risk patterns while adhering to brand governance guidelines.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in program/project management, commercial operations, or product/marketing operations delivering cross‑functional work.
- Demonstrated success running portfolio cadence, intake/prioritization, and benefits tracking as an individual contributor.
- Commercial fluency (conversion, NTR, load factor, APD/APCDs, channel mix, lifecycle/CRM KPIs).
- Advanced Asana skills plus strong PowerPoint/Excel (or Google equivalents).
- Executive communication: distill complexity, frame decisions, secure alignment.
- Cruise/travel/hospitality or e‑commerce/loyalty experience.
- Comfort with experimentation/merchandising, CRM/lifecycle, and contact center readiness.
- Exposure to OKRs, Smartsheet/Jira/Monday, and knowledge‑base tools (Notion/Confluence/SharePoint); familiarity with BI (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
- Experience applying AI to knowledge management and productivity within governance guardrails.
