Lead BCBA — Grow into Clinical Leadership (Hybrid, MD)

EdenPath ABA in Maryland is seeking an experienced BCBA to grow into clinical leadership. You’ll start at hourly pay, working with our practice management consultant to set up CentralReach and manage a small caseload as we expand.

As caseload grows, you’ll transition to the full-time Lead BCBA, with salary, benefits, and leadership scope. This is a real opportunity to shape the clinical program you’ll eventually lead, with strong mentorship and team collaboration.
