It's good for everyone and when they do come in, everything is paid for their flight, their hotel, their car, their food.The interview process includes:They will do a tech round – shared screen – real time coding – it will also be a "what steps did you take/are you taking and why are you taking them" during the tech round.
This will be with an amazing, astute screener, so if they are full of BS they will not go forward.Then, a buyer meeting (mix of meet and greet where the candidate must convey expertise and great personality – sell themselves)Then a team-based final tech round.
