Aerotek Aircraft Maintenance Lead
Lead a team in the maintenance, modification, and servicing of corporate aircraft, primarily focused on Cessna Citation, Bombardier Challenger, and Bombardier Global aircraft. Train and instruct technicians, ensuring all work is performed safely and effectively. Complete functional testing and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Perform rigging and adjustment of flight controls. Complete engine inspection, replacement, testing, and run-up. Work within a Part 145 Repair Station. Other duties may be assigned.
A&P License, 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate jet experience preferred), 2+ years of Lead/Supervision/Management experience. Pay: $55/hr - $65/hr. Working 4x10 schedule, likely Tues-Fri, day shift hours, may be assigned to cover 1 weekend per month. Placement: 6-month Contract to Hire. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
