Law Clerk Opportunity
Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law clerk to join our growing immigration law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student or recent law school graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in a client-focused legal environment.
As a law clerk, you will work closely with attorneys to support a variety of immigration matters. This position offers meaningful exposure to case strategy, legal research, drafting, and client interaction across multiple areas of immigration law.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze immigration-related issues
- Draft motions, declarations, memoranda, and supporting legal documents
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior immigration law experience is preferred, but not required
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
