Our laundry/housekeeping specialists:
- Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
- Are a master of the tools and products necessary to give us the freshest laundry in the spa industry
- Greet each guest with a smile
- Maneuver the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members
- Maintain an organized workspace and place laundry in dedicated places
- Have a keen attention to detail, are tidy and organized, and keep the place spotless
- Use the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily
- Are the sanitation police and ensure all areas especially damp and moist areas are treated with extra care
- Greet each and every guest with a smile
- Keep the break room in order and never leave a dish in the sink
- Are a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards
- Take pride in their work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
- Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
