Land Development Project EngineerEngineering firm doing business in Michigan is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer for their growing office!
Responsibilities include leading project teams in preparation of project drawings, calculations, and specifications, preparing engineering analysis, design, calculations, and reports, evaluating land use/zoning requirements, preparing permit applications, working through agency review processes, obtaining approvals, site visits during the construction phase, working as part of a multi-discipline team, and mentoring/training junior staff.Requirements include being an engineer or designer with experience in land development projects, sustainable design, utility design, and stormwater management design, 3+ years of design experience on land development projects, experience with K-12 site design preferred, familiarity with zoning ordinances/site plan approval processes, and proficiency in Civil 3D and Office 360 products.
