You will collaborate cross‑functionally with business, operations, public policy, and people teams to create guardrails, draft workforce documentation, and develop strategies that support Shipt’s business model. Additionally, you will monitor relevant legislation, represent Shipt before the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies, manage outside counsel, and deliver training to internal stakeholders.

  • You have experience advising on classification risk in platform, gig economy, or non-traditional workforces, with a preference for experience in retail technology, logistics, or on-demand delivery.
