- Minimum 4-7 years of litigation experience , including managing cases from inception through resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings, motions, and briefs , and handle complex discovery processes.
- Proven track record of appearing in court, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements .
- Experience in client counseling and risk assessment , with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in labor and employment law , including handling workplace disputes, compliance issues, and employment litigation.
- Credentials:
- Strong academic record and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- License:
- Must be admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
- Annual salary range: $210,000 - $245,000 , based on experience and education
