This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys high-stakes litigation and wants to build a management-side employment practice within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.About the RoleThe hiring firm is seeking an attorney with:3–6 years of solid litigation experienceLabor & employment law experience (preferred but not strictly required for standout litigators)Excellent academic credentialsActive Colorado Bar admission (required)You'll handle a range of employment-related disputes for employer clients—from fast-growing companies to large, established organizations—within a collaborative, litigation-focused team.Compensation (Colorado)Pursuant to Colorado regulation, the annual salary range for this position is:$195,000 – $245,000This role also includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
