Key Responsibilities
- 4–7 years employment law experience
- Experience in employment litigation, wage and hour matters, single-plaintiff/class action lawsuits
- Drafting summary judgment motions, settlement agreements, separation agreements, arbitration agreements
- Advising on employment law compliance, policies, handbooks, leaves, terminations
- WA bar admission required or eligible for waiver
