HCA Healthcare is seeking a Labor and Delivery Charge RN to lead and support our busy L&D unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient assignments, oversee clinical care, and serve as a resource to bedside nurses during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum transitions. You will collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesia, and support teams to ensure safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
The Charge RN will assist with triage, high-risk situations, and emergencies, support staff education and mentoring, promote quality and safety initiatives, and help optimize patient flow and unit operations.
