Our client, a worldleader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for an“LabOperations and Project Manager” based in Foster City, CA.

Job Duration:LongTerm Contract(Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate : $44/hr on W2

Seeking a LabOperations & Project Manager to provide operational leadership andmanage cross-functional initiatives within a biotechnology/pharmaceuticallaboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadlaboratory operations and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  
• Manageprojects involving lab moves, infrastructure improvements, equipmentrelocation, installation, and facility initiatives .
  
• Overseelaboratory equipment and asset lifecycle, including procurement,maintenance, vendor service, and decommissioning.
  
• Coordinatewith Facilities, IT, EHS, Procurement, Finance, scientists, andexternal vendors .
  
• Supportbudgets, capital planning, POs, invoices, and project financial tracking.
  
• Develop project plans, dashboards, metrics, and governance processes totrack operational performance.
  
• Identifyrisks and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  
• Standardizelaboratory processes and improve service delivery and scientistexperience.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field .
  
• Experiencein lab operations, technical operations, project management, orresearch environments .
  
• Demonstratedability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  
• Experiencewith laboratory infrastructure, equipment lifecycle management, vendorcoordination, budgeting, and operational improvement preferred.
  
• Biotechnology/pharmaceuticallaboratory experience strongly preferred.
