Job Description
We are looking for an experienced L3 Platform Engineer to provide Tier 3 production support for POS applications and enterprise platforms. The candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, improve system reliability, and support production operations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in L3 / Tier 3 Production Support.
- Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Datadog monitoring and observability.
- GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
- Python or PowerShell scripting.
- ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Application troubleshooting, APM, and log analysis.
- Experience with POS applications is preferred.
- Strong RCA, automation, and production support skills.
Key Requirement: Strong hands-on production support experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Datadog, and enterprise application troubleshooting.
