Job Summary

Gym Director – full‑time, career‑level position responsible for the overall performance of a specific location and reporting directly to the owners.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Hire, manage, and train staff.
• Maintain facility and equipment.
• Sell the Little Gym program to new customers.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Management experience.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Enjoy fostering joy in others.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year. Requires some evening shifts and one weekend day.
