This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You'll manage opportunities ranging from $750K to $5M, with an average sales cycle of approximately six months.

The ideal candidate is a proven hunter and closer with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Success in this position requires a consultative, solution-oriented approach focused on understanding customer challenges and delivering measurable business value.

You'll engage directly with senior executives and C-suite decision-makers, developing strategic recommendations that leverage the organization's technology platform and customer service capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and developing relationships with senior decision-makers.

This individual brings a strategic, consultative approach to selling, understands how to navigate complex sales cycles, and has the discipline to manage a large pipeline of high-value opportunities.

A background in corporate travel, hospitality, or tourism is preferred, but candidates with strong B2B sales experience, executive-level selling capabilities, and a demonstrated history of quota attainment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across prospective accounts.
  • Consistently achieve established sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively leverage the organization's sales technology stack to maximize prospecting, engagement, and pipeline management.
  • Apply proven sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and executive-level presentations, both virtually and in person.
  • Strategically manage 30–50 priority accounts, utilizing multithreading strategies and collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Maintain and actively develop a pipeline of up to 300 key prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support successful business acquisition.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible workplace where employees feel respected, supported, and empowered to succeed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within corporate travel, hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, revenue generation, and building strategic client relationships.
  • Must have held a B2B sales position within the six months preceding application.
  • Proven ability to achieve at least 85% of annual sales quota in each of the past two years.
  • Strong track record of delivering results in competitive, high-expectation sales environments.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong business relationships with both external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Professional executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-growing, evolving business environments.
  • Experience with sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and CRM platforms such as Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and communicate complex solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and supporting the success of colleagues.
