Crossover is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support Alpha’s campus network, on-site in Tyler, Texas. You will lead weekly life-skills workshops for K-8 students, using Coachbot analytics to push them toward 100% of their weekly app goals.
You will also conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions, administer mastery checks, and adapt sessions for both younger and older students. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support to available campuses.
