Job Summary Our Junk Removal Specialists are important front-line team members of our business. They are the face of the company to our valued customers. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication – be courteous, kind, and respectful to customers at all times

Load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws

Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission to divert waste from landfills wherever possible. We get creative!

Effectively utilize resources and partners throughout South Bay territory including donation, recycling, and disposal centers

Cooperate effectively with a team

Assist in hiring and training new team members

Provide operational support when needed, such as dispatching

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record Ability to safely operate 16 cubic foot fixed-body dump trucks or box trucks with lift gate – no CDL required

Transportation to and from work. and provide your own working mobile phone

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Strong people skills – this is a customer-facing role

Ability to learn and use technology in the field quickly and efficiently (phone apps including schedule management, payment software and Google Maps etc)

Attention to detail in understanding truck operations, maintenance, and care

Ability to influence and lead team(s) in the field and show potential for advancement through taking initiative and demonstrating efficient, innovative, and resourceful thinking

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in moving heavy items and operating commercial vehicles.

Local area knowledge of the South Bay and Greater San Jose
