You’ve helped organize work and keep people informed. Now you want to develop your planning skills and take responsibility for a defined piece of a project.

We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager in Montgomery to coordinate assigned project activities with guidance from experienced project leaders. You’ll help turn requirements into clear tasks, track delivery, and communicate what needs attention.

Your Project Responsibilities

• Help define requirements, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate assigned tasks and confirm responsibilities.
• Lead progress check-ins and follow up on agreed actions.
• Track deadlines, resources, and approved expenses.
• Keep project plans, records, and status reports current.
• Flag risks, communicate approved changes, and support handovers.

Bring a Practical Foundation

Project coordination, operations, logistics, events, or administrative experience is helpful. We also welcome examples from internships, volunteering, coursework, or military service that demonstrate planning and accountability.

A specific degree or project management certification isn’t required. Clear communication, strong organization, accurate reporting, and sound judgment about seeking support are important.

Responsibility With Guidance

Training will cover company planning processes, project tools, and reporting. Experienced colleagues will review your progress and help you develop your ability to coordinate people, manage changes, and monitor delivery.
