Job Details / Responsibilities and Qualifications
- CA Bar license
- CA residence
- Willingness to work on a contract for 3 months before conversion to a permanent, direct hire role
- Ok with a pre-litigation role on the negotiation team where the goal is to communicate with opposing counsel to assess status and explore negotiations or mediations
