Junior Accountant
Salary: $60,000–$66,000
Location: 100% Remote (Colorado Residents Only)
Schedule: 40 hours, Mon-Thurs, flexible around core business hours

Junior Accountant Responsibilities
As the Junior Accountant, you will:
- Prepare journal entries, bank transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the monthly close process, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, and allocations
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Maintain fixed asset records and monthly depreciation schedules
- Support sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and other compliance requirements
- Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Help improve accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Recent experience using NetSuite
- Experience supporting month-end close and account reconciliations
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
