Journeyman Software Developer – Systems SoftwareENDICTUS Corporation provides advanced cyber, software engineering, and mission-focused technology solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Our teams develop and deliver innovative capabilities that strengthen national security across cyber operations, software development, and vulnerability research domains.We are seeking a Journeyman Software Developer – Systems Software to support Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission needs.

This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong programming fundamentals who is eager to contribute to software development, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research in a mission-driven environment.As a Journeyman Software Developer, you will design, code, test, debug, and document software components used in CNO-related tools and capabilities. You will contribute to prototype development, support vulnerability research efforts, and help enhance operational software used in high-impact cyber mission environments.This position offers the opportunity to grow technical expertise while working alongside experienced engineers supporting critical defense and intelligence operations.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain software components for CNO-related tools and capabilitiesCode and debug applications in support of mission-driven software development effortsSupport prototyping and rapid development of new cyber capabilitiesAssist with vulnerability research and technical analysis of software systemsDocument software design, functionality, and development processesCollaborate with senior engineers and mission stakeholders to refine technical requirementsWork across multiple operating systems and environments to ensure compatibility and performanceParticipate in software troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement activitiesContribute to reverse engineering and technical evaluation of software systems as neededRequirementsActive TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Systems Engineering, or a related technical field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
