Your New Role
As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll be responsible for:
Running 4-5 service calls daily, ranging from water heater installations to faucet replacements
Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues in residential homes
Selling and upselling services, including our popular Club Memberships that save customers money
Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
Delivering top-notch craftsmanship with a professional and personable attitude

Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
1-2 years of residential plumbing experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Clean driving record (Company vehicle provided)
