The candidate should have experience developing enterprise-grade web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot).
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
