Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on full stack development.
- Strong experience with React or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, microservices, and Git.
- Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, secure coding, and application performance.
- Experience with cloud deployments, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs or other AI services into applications.
- Familiarity with prompt design, structured outputs, tool calling, and AI-output validation.
- Practical use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude for development.
- Proven experience delivering applications for large enterprise clients.
- Stable employment history with sustained contributions and continuous growth in skills, responsibilities, or leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and consistent delivery.
- Ability to build positive client relationships and explain technical decisions clearly.
- Availability to work onsite in Memphis five days per week from day one.
