Jarrett For Congress: Field OrganizerJarrett Keohokalole for Congress is a people-powered campaign fighting for bold, progressive leadership that puts working families first. We're building a grassroots movement to deliver real change, from affordable healthcare to climate action and reproductive freedom.This position is temporary and lasts until August 15th, 2026 with the possibility of extension until November 15th, 2026. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until at least August 15th, 2025.

This is an in-person position in Honolulu, Hawaii, which will require establishing residence in or near Hawaii's First Congressional District.Position OverviewThe Field Organizer will work directly with the Field Director to execute the campaign's field plan, manage volunteer engagement, and assist in political development throughout the district.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Volunteer Management: The Field Organizer will recruit, train, and oversee volunteers for canvassing, phone-banking, and text-bankingData Entry: The Field Organizer will oversee data entry and ensure accurate reporting into VANDigital and Peer-to-Peer Organizing: The Field Organizer will manage the tools used in these efforts and the development and tracking of tacticsVolunteer Recruitment and Engagement: The Field Organizer will manage the conversion of supporters into active volunteers, and the ongoing engagement of a vibrant volunteer communityQualificationsAt least one cycle of experience as a field organizer or equivalent positionPrevious experience recruiting and managing teams of canvassers and volunteersExpertise in VAN and experience with tools for digital and peer-to-peer organizingExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; a warm attitude; and passion for bold political actionDedication to meticulously tracking metrics and progress toward goalsPassion for thinking outside the box and organizing communitiesNot required, but preferred to have ties to Oahu or HawaiiTo apply, please send a resume to with the subject line "Field Organizer - yourlastname".
