Finance Assistant for Janelle Stelson for CongressJanelle Stelson for Congress is looking for a Fundraising Assistant to join our finance team. The Finance Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:Work with the Call Time Manager to prospect and research new donorsAssist with fundraising events by creating memos, preparing materials, staffing fundraisers and post event pledge chase and communicationSupport donor relations by maintaining accurate records, managing donor communications, and overseeing appreciation programOther projects as assigned by the campaignQualifications:Ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailEffective time management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and demonstrated experience in developing campaign and personal work plans and goalsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesA fast and eager learnerFlexibility to work evening and weekend hoursPreferred Qualifications:We are looking for someone who doesn't necessarily have all the answers but is hungry to work in politics and is ready to learn. The perfect candidate will be someone who loves teamwork and is passionate about electing Democratic women to Congress.This is a full-time position, in person job with a salary of $4,500 a month and includes health insurance coverage.
