- Develop and implement training strategies, plans, and curricula for IT applications.
- Conduct training needs assessments, job task analyses, and software evaluations.
- Create user manuals, job aids, instructor guides, participant manuals, and training documentation.
- Develop web-based training, interactive learning content, and instructional videos.
- Create storyboards, content outlines, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom-based, instructor-led, and virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams and vendors to understand application functionality and upcoming changes.
- Evaluate system changes and update training materials accordingly.
- Coordinate training schedules and support successful software implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training and developing training materials.
- Experience training users on IT systems or business software applications.
- Hands-on experience creating job aids, manuals, and training guides using Microsoft Word and Visio.
- Experience delivering virtual training through Webex and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree required.
