IT Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies, plans, and curricula for IT applications.
• Conduct training needs assessments, job task analyses, and software evaluations.
• Create user manuals, job aids, instructor guides, participant manuals, and training documentation.
• Develop web-based training, interactive learning content, and instructional videos.
• Create storyboards, content outlines, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom-based, instructor-led, and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to understand application functionality and upcoming changes.
• Evaluate system changes and update training materials accordingly.
• Coordinate training schedules and support successful software implementations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training and developing training materials.
• Experience training users on IT systems or business software applications.
• Hands-on experience creating job aids, manuals, and training guides using Microsoft Word and Visio.
• Experience delivering virtual training through Webex and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience assessing training needs and developing effective curricula.
• Bachelor's degree required.
