Video Operations, Technical Program ManagerSupport and drive multiple high impact cross-functional programsGuiding work efforts, teamwork assignments, and integrated project planProactively identify inefficiencies, risks and gaps that stifle the program's progress and to implement better and more efficient workflowsCollaborating with leadership, business, and technical teams.Partner with cross-functional engineering and business teams to develop path-to-green plans for programs that trend behind, communicate those corrective actions, and drive them to completionDrive and participate in the complex technical discussions with audiences of varying technical and subject matter backgroundsDevelop and own communication plans for communicating program status, big picture, challenges, and risks to stakeholders effectively and proactivelyRequired QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.7+ years of Video related or Engineering work experience.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of full life-cycle product development (i.e. product engineering, deployment and integration).Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex technical program and project budgets.Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.Skills: Demonstrated aptitude and understanding of the technical aspects and capabilities of the organization.Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.Ability to keep up with advancements in technical product development.Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data.Ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic multi discipline technical projects that impact the organization as a whole.Ability in implementing technical program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality.Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadershipAbility to be action-oriented and able to solve ambiguous, complex technical problemsExperience establishing trust and strong work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partnersComfortable collaborating and influencing a diverse set of people and teams to do what needs to get done and negotiate when approaches or timelines changePreferred QualificationsProject Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.Jira experienceSchedule:Contractor - Full timeThis position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
