Job TitleRequired Skills:Education: Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 5 - 10 years' experience in a combination of IT support, infrastructure systems and tools, network management, and multimedia systems.Responsibilities:Technology Assessment: Evaluate the current state of technology infrastructure, including networking, audio/visual, multimedia, conference room equipment, and end-user technologies in corporate branch offices.Systems Engineering:Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on necessary technical requirements, upgrades, and improvements to enhance security, efficiency and performance in these environments.System Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems as needed.Network Management: Set-up, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.Multimedia and AV Support: Maintain and support audio/visual and multimedia equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.User Training: Train branch office staff on the use of new technologies and systems, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of assessments, recommendations, and implemented solutions for branch offices.Travel: 25%-40% travel (US Domestic).
