This position involves comprehensive involvement in various stages of product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
Drive business value assessments and provide direction to matrixed analyst teams. Refine and define product features and user stories, incorporating customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance existing capabilities. Prioritize projects considering customer experience, business requirements, technical capabilities, costs, and operational factors.
Engage in testing, setting standards, and documenting technology solutions. Lead testing, debugging, and setting standards, while documenting technological solutions. Research and develop innovative strategies and techniques to enhance systems and operations. Contribute to the vision and leadership in technology, influencing future technological applications and capabilities.
Maintain an active feedback loop with stakeholders and SMEs regarding product releases.
