Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across workstations, printers, and lab equipment
- Manage and resolve support incidents and requests through ITSM system within service levels
- Provide on-site and remote support to users in Sunnyvale and globally
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for recurring tasks
- Participate in on-call support rotation
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher with 2+ years end-user IT support experience
- Enterprise IT support via phone, in-person, and web channels
- Apple and Microsoft enterprise environment support including JAMF and Active Directory
- ITSM platform experience with incident prioritization and service level management
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds
Compensation: $33.65 - $40.50/hr, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
