Perform support readiness activities. Handle initial implementation and setup of the application, that includes design and development of class structures, activities, flow rules, security, user interface and integrations.
Deployment and release planning activities. Incident and problem analysis and root cause identification. Provide resolution for critical production issues without missing SLAs.
