Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading technology projects that support research, academic research, scientific research, research computing, or similar research-focused environments
- Ability to work directly with researchers, faculty, principal investigators (PIs), and cross-functional stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum project management experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving project outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and project stakeholders
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting project needs, and supporting project planning activities

- Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities
- Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
- Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables
- Support project teams in resolving roadblocks
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist in requirements gathering and project planning
- Mentor team members on Agile best practices
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
