Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects and strategic programs from planning through execution and transition to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Manage multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, governance frameworks, and change management strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while monitoring progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive design changes, supplier qualifications, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and global regulatory requirements while implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Apply strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, supported by a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and extensive project management experience.
